Once a purchase is completed, the files become instantly downloadable and permanently accessible to you.
Because of this, we cannot accept traditional returns as with physical products.

However, we stand by the quality of our products and will work to resolve any valid issues promptly.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following specific circumstances:

  • The product file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened in its supported format.
  • You have verified compatibility and still experience recurring technical errors.
    In such cases, our team will attempt to repair or replace the file before issuing a refund.

b. Duplicate Purchase

  • If you accidentally purchased the same digital product multiple times under the same account, you are eligible for a full refund on the duplicate transaction(s).
